Summary

The Urban Gaming Club consists of three sections. The basic descriptions of each of the sections can be found below. The links to the right provide information about the current holders of the positions.

The Executive Board

The Executive Board hosts general meetings, manages our office, and votes on future plans and expenditures for the club. Members of the Executive Board are elected on a yearly basis.

The Rules Council

The Rules Council oversees the writing of a game rules, schedules activities for the semester, and delegates whom each game should be directed by. Rules Council meetings are facilitated by the Rules Council Chair. Out of the six rules councilors, three are elected on a yearly basis, with the other 3 being appointed by the Executive board.

Consultants

Our Consultants group includes a Charity Chair and a Technical Director. The Charity Chair organizes charity events run through the club. The Technical Director manages the forums and site database. The Technical Director also oversees the website maintenance and development. Consultants are appointed by the Executive Board, but Consultants hold no votes in Executive matters.
