Vince is a Senior majoring in Computer Science. He is not new to the UGC, having also served as the Rules Council chair during the 2007&ndash'08 school year, and Secretary in the Fall of '08. Now he's back leading the Council in full force, just like that one time during HvZ when he was OZ for our record-breaking deadliest pregame ever.

Will is a Senior majoring in Architectural Engineering. He joined the UGC Fall 2007, and served on the Rules Council for the 2007–'08 year, directing Capture the Flag, Manhunt, and Ad-hoc Games. Currently, he manages the UGC's money and approves its expenses. He's known for the camera he carries all the time, except during HvZ when his camera bag is packed with a couple dozen balled up socks. Right now, Will is probably in class or taking pictures of everything.
