Monday, March 5th
Spring Break Charity Scavenger Hunt
When: Monday, March 5th from 12:00am until Wednesday, March 7th at 11:45pm
Where: EVERYWHERE
This year we’re hosting a charity scavenger hunt. The money will be donated to Hershey Medical center like it was two years ago. There will be awesome prizes for those who win, and possibly t-shirts for those who participate.
The minimum donation per team is $5, teams can range from 1 person up to 5. Members of teams do not have to be in the same location, members of the UGC, or even students at Penn State. So please feel free to invite anyone you think would be interested.
Please contact Hetty at hetty.nie@urbangaming.org if you are interested or have any questions and please give her your donations and team list before spring break so she knows that you’re playing.
Nothing illegal will be on the list. It will be uploaded onto the UGC website and this page on 12:00 am (EST) Monday. Each item on the list will be worth a different number of points, all bonuses will be stated for each item but the number of points for items and bonuses will not be stated. General bonuses (i.e. creativity) will be posted on the front of the list.
Each team will have a thread in the other games forums (on urbangaming.org) for which to post their items. Submissions must be in by 11:59 pm (EST) Wednesday.
Monday, March 12th
Humans vs. Zombies Minis
When: Monday, March 12th from 5:00pm until Friday, March 16th at 6:00pm
Where: West Commons Quad
HvZ Minis (starting around 5ish) each day. Bring your nerf, bandannas, socks and mallows and start practicing for the real game
Each session will run from 5ish to roughly 6:30p.m. or until the group decides to eat dinner.
Thursday, March 15th
Humans vs Zombies Orientation (Vets)
When: Thursday, March 15th from 7:00pm to 8:00pm
Where: 260 willard
A brief refresher on all the rules you need to know for the Humans vs Zombies game, suggested for those who have played before and already have a general understanding of the rules. Questions encouraged. If you absolutely cannot make this orientation, you may attend another, if you cannot make any, please contact Alex Daise.
Modding Night
When: Thursday, March 15th from 8:00pm to 10:00pm
Where: 260 Willard
This event will take place after the "Veterans" Orientation. If you want to mod your blaster and want help for it come to 260 Willard around 8p.m.
Saturday, March 17th
Humans vs Zombies Orientation (A-L)
When: Saturday, March 17th from 7:00pm to 8:00pm
Where: 60 willard
A crash course on all the rules you need to know for the Humans vs Zombies game. Questions encouraged. If you absolutely cannot make this orientation, you may attend another, if you cannot make any, please contact Alex Daise.
Sunday, March 18th

Where: Everywhere
Registration: Monday, March 12th at 1:00pm until Saturday, March 17th at 1:00pm

March 15th - Veteran Orientation
For those of you who have played a game of Humans Vs. Zombies before, we ask that you attend this orientation, on Thursday, March 15th, at 7pm in 260 Willard. (Minis will be taking place, run by me, in Pollock beforehand)
March 17th - New Player Orientation 1 ( A - L )
For those of you who have not played before, or for some reason can not attend the March 15th orientation, you should attend this orientation, on Saturday, March 17th, at 7pm in 60 Willard.
This orientation is for players with last names beginning with the letter A, through the letter L.
March 18th - New Player Orientation 2 ( M - Z )
For those of you who have not played before, or for some reason can not attend the March 15th orientation, you should attend this orientation, on Sunday, March 18th, at 7pm in 60 Willard.
This orientation is for players with last names beginning with the letter M, through the letter Z.
