Upcoming Events
Posted by Filipe Fernandes on Tuesday, December 1st at 10:19pm
We will be holding our regrettably last general meeting of the semester Tuesday, December 8th at 8:00pm 62 Willard. This will be an important meeting, as we will be voting on quite a few things, namely, Confidence Voting for rules councilors, voting to approve executive orders as permanent parts of our constitution, as well as voting in a new Secretary position for the club. This is a very important meeting to attend, as your votes and your say does matter to us. As a note, you will only be able to vote if you have attended two general meetings, including the meeting on the 8th.
We currently have Craig Boyd, Vincent Incarvite, Martin Castner, Hetty Nie and Paul Karavayev as candidates for the Secretary position, so if you’d like to be in the running, please contact me ASAP.
Our Charity Scavenger Hunt event will have an orientation to register groups and go over rules on Thursday, December 10th at 7:30pm, location TBA. This is looking to be a great event, with great tasks as well as cool prizes, and all proceeds going to a great cause, the Hershey Medical Children’s Hospital. Do you think your five man team has what it takes to be the top taskmasters? We shall see. More info on the event will be made available in the coming days.
Hope to see you at these great events.
Assassins - UGC General Meeting Safe Time
Posted by John Mortara on Tuesday, November 10th at 1:53am
If you plan on attending the general meeting at 8:00pm in 73 Willard you will be allotted safe time from 7:45 to 15 minutes after the meeting ends.
You will be both safe from direct attack and indirect placement during this time IF YOU ATTEND. If you don’t, well too bad.
I do encourage you to come, as general meetings are fun, informative, and easy to wear.
Calvinball!
Posted by Joseph Yoder on Tuesday, November 3rd at 9:57pm
The Beta Test of our Ad-Hoc game "Calvinball" will take place this Friday, November 6th. We will be meeting at 6:00 PM at the Leonhard Building.
For those of you who are wondering what this game is about, the only rule is that you can’t play the same way twice. So if you’re looking for a good time doing random things, come join us. Don’t forget to bring any random object that comes to mind.
