ASSASSINS!

Guess what?  Assassins is next week, so orientation is definitely going to happen!  Orientation is Sunday, November 6, at 4:00 p.m. in 262 Willard.  Please email your schedules to pieter.tubergen@urbangaming.org and upload an ID Photo of yourself under the Account tab!  Radical!

Tech Director Appeal

As you may be aware, I am the UGC’s Tech Director, which means I’m in charge of our website. As you might also be aware, I’m graduating this Spring. Since the website is such an important part of our club (it’s our main form of communication, and it runs our three largest games), it is important that someone be able to replace me. Unfortunately, I have mostly been running the website by myself and there is nobody to take over.

Ideally, I’d like to have a person who is able to take over early in the Spring semester. This way, they can get a feel for the things that I usually do while I’m still around to give them a hand. I’d also like to work closely with them on revisions during the Thanksgiving and Christmas breaks.

Progressive Scav Race!!!

The progressive race will be this Friday, November 4th, beginning at 9:00 pm. Orientation will be at 8 pm in Willard, room TBA. If you plan to attend the race, at least 1 member from each team must attend orientation.

Teams will be 2-5 players, and team rosters must be submitted on the official signup thread before Friday at 8:00 am.

This game will be mostly riddle oriented, and teams will have to travel around campus to find clues. The first team to reach the final destination will be the winners and receive fabulous prizes! So come out and take on this fun, competitive, and mind-bending game, and see if you can come out on top!
