We still have Capture the Flag and Heist coming up later this week (see the news post below); but, in addition, we’d like to announce THON Capture the Flag organized jointly with the Roteract Club. Come out, have fun, and donate to a good cause. Please try to bring a $2-3 donation. Information can be found here.
In other news, so far 80 people have registered for Humans vs Zombies! In conclusion, if you haven’t you should too. And, get your friends to register. This year has the potential to be our largest game yet!
As a reminder, there is a general meeting tonight Tuesday, September 29 at 8:00 pm in 60 Willard.
Upcoming Games
Posted by Ryan Bisbey on Tuesday, September 22nd at 10:22am
With a long game like territories ending we’ve decided to give you guys a little break with a set of day-long games.
This Thursday at 8:30 pm we’ll be meeting at the Katz Law Building for Manhunt, a hybrid game of tag and hide-and-go seek. The manhunt will be Scottish style where the manhunters receive letters after tagging the fugitives. The manhunters must piece the letters together to make a word or phrase. Please bring your orange and green bandannas.
On Sunday at 1 pm in 60 Willard will be Battle Royale. Battle Royale is a game where you and a random partner, receive random weapons and try to be the last pair to survive. The map shrinks as it fills with dead-zones that you cannot enter forcing teams to confront each other. Please bring UGC weapons that you don’t mind others using and your orange and green bandannas.
On Wednesday September 30th at 6 pm will be a game of NERF capture the flag. We’ll be meeting at Leonard Building please bring your NERF blasters and orange and green bandannas.
On Sunday October 4th and 2 pm we’ll be playing Heist. Heist is a game of cops and robbers where one team of robbers faces a mob of cops. The game is played until each team has had a go as robbers. Please plan on staying the whole time, bring your NERF blasters, and your orange and green bandannas.
General Meeting 9/15/2009
Posted by Matthew Mols on Tuesday, September 15th at 1:54pm
Please join us tonight for our third general meeting of the year.
Time and Date: Tuesday, September 15th 2009 at 8:00PM
Location: 73 Willard
We will be talking about a wide variety of topics, including upcoming games, t-shirts, and advertising opportunities.
Hope to see you there.
Territories Orientation
Posted by Joseph Yoder on Tuesday, September 8th at 1:07pm
Sorry for the extremely short notice, but we finally have a room for Territories orientation.
We will be meeting in room 262 of the Willard building at 6:00PM.
Remember to bring your blasters and bandanas as we may be starting battles immediately afterward. This is not definite, however, as many people were opposed to this idea at the end of 48 yesterday. Should it be decided that there will be no gameplay today, an extra day of battles will be added at the end of the game to ensure the proper amount.
Hope to see you there. If you were unable to register on the website in time, but still wish to play, show up to orientation and we will try our best to put you on a team or create a new one out of the last few stragglers.
A look at the upcoming week.

Thanks to everyone who came out to Hellweek. We had the most successful recruitment of new members in the history of the club!
In other news the first general meeting will be Tuesday, September 1st at 8 pm in 60 Willard. We’ll just have general business to attend to mostly.
"48" a super intense 48 hour version of Humans Versus Zombies will begin Saturday, September 5th at 6 pm. Orientation for the event to discuss rules and how the game will work will be held Thursday September 3rd at 7 pm in 260 Willard. Please register on this site and invite your friends to the facebook event. Keep in mind that 48 is held on a three day weekend, so it won’t be too much of a time commitment for most.
