Every now and then, technology just doesn't cooperate. At times, it's our fault, but other times, it's yours. Don't worry, we won't judge. When looking for an answer, be sure to have as much information about your problem as possible. It will be easier for us to solve your issue.

The Forums

Your second stop on the support train is most definitely the Forums.

We highly suggest searching the Website Support and Feedback Forums. See if anyone else is having the same problem or issue. If not, make a new thread and somebody will get back to you as soon as possible. (You may be surprised with how fast some responses are made.)

If nobody responds in the Forums or the problem is incredibly urgent we have other avenues you can explore.

The Support Email

This website features a convenient email system that sends out messages to all our highly-experienced Technical Team members. Once receiving your message, they will evaluate the issue and help you as soon as they can.

Now, don't go abusing this service. It is reserved only for extremely important or persistent issues that have at least been posted on the Forums first.
